Thời gian trước tôi thường xuyên bị đi ngoài ra máu nhưng số lượng khá ít, mỗi lần đi đại tiện máu thường chảy khá nhiều kèm theo đó là một khối thịt nhỏ màu hồng nhạt hơi vướng tại vùng hậu môn, sờ không đau và thường co thụt vào bên trong.   • Lười vận động, thường xuyên đứng hoặc ngồi một chỗ quá lâu.
  • Đại tiện không đúng cách, đại tiện quá lâu hoặc cố rặn mỗi khi bị táo bón.
  • Thường xuyên tập tạ hay khuân vác vận động quá sức.
  • Phụ nữ mang thai và sinh con cũng dễ mắc bệnh trĩ do chịu áp lực lớn từ quá trình mang thai và sinh con.
  • Vệ sinh hậu môn không sạch sẽ.

Bệnh trĩ bao gồm 3 loại trĩ nội, trĩ ngoại và trĩ hỗn hợp.

Trĩ nội là tình trạng búi trĩ nằm sâu bên trong ống hậu môn, có bề mặt là niêm mạc hậu môn. Búi trĩ phát triển âm thầm đến một mức độ nhất định mới sa ra ngoài hậu môn.
